As the Automation and Power Distribution Product Manager at EECO, Jonathan fits right in. Jonathan’s primary goal at EECO is to help customers understand their power and automation needs and then help them come up with the right solution to fit their needs.

Brian Logan
Regional Sales Manager
Brian is a Virginia native whose 18-year journey in industrial automation has spanned from building industrial control panels to PLC/HMI consultancy to his current role in sales management at EECO. Brian was a volunteer firefighter before he attended Old Dominion University’s College of Engineering. His passion for electricity came from his father, a retired civil service electrician. Brian wants his customers’ mantra to be “Brian is an extension of our internal team; he thinks about our obstacles and goals, and gives us all options to achieve those goals.”

Jeff Knight
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff is a Gen Xer who is adaptive to change and open to ideas. He has a passion to help others achieve, which is the basis of this blog – Inspire. As EECO’s COO, Jeff’s job is about driving growth in an ultra-competitive B2B environment. He enjoys finding ways to better serve our customers, whenever they want, however they desire, and wherever they choose.

Adam Sheets
Marketing & eCommerce Manager
Adam leads the development and execution of EECO’s B2B field marketing plans to increase direct customer engagement through precise target marketing. He is passionate about the needs of our customers, answering questions, and providing a seamless user experience across all platforms. Adam has 8+ years in Digital Marketing in the B2B and B2C space.

Chris Grainger
Engineering & Services Manager – Carolina’s
Chris Grainger is Engineering & Services Manager at EECO. He is driven by understanding client needs and developing solutions to assist them in achieving their goals. Chris provides oversight for the Solution Architecture and Product Manager teams in the Carolina’s at EECO, Chris thinks outside the box to change the experience and expectations clients should have about their motor service providers. Chris was an engineering co-op student at EECO and joined the team full time after graduating from Old Dominion University in 2003.

Kansith Sorsenginh
Solution Architect for Power Connectivity
Kansith was born in Laos and moved to the U.S. with his family in the early 80s. “K” holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University. K has more than 10 years of experience in the industrial environment with a strong emphasis on industrial automation and controls. He enjoys dissecting and exploring the inner workings of a product or system. K is the Solution Architect for Power and Control Connectivity at EECO. His role is to innovate, educate, assist and increase adoption of EtherNet/IP and connectivity of smart devices in the Carolinas. His hobbies include camping, biking, fishing, and racing.

Santhavel (Santa) Thangavel
Network Security Information Product Manager
“Santa” was born and raised in India, where he received his B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University. Santa co-founded a small electronics firm in India called Evergreen Electronics and manufactured GSM modems and Pic Programmer kits. Santa came to the U.S. to get his master’s degree in electrical engineering at the University of Texas. Santa serves as Network Security and Information Product Manager at EECO. In his spare time, you may find Santa hanging from a zipline or chilling in some rapids.
