In the electrical industry, as with many industries, we feel the loss as people from the Baby Boomer generation reach retirement age and take with them years of knowledge and expertise. These are experts in their chosen field who have witnessed and taken part in the evolution of electrical products and services. As a small way of capturing this experience for future generations, we’re sitting down with some of our long time employees as they retire and talking to them about their career. It’s our hope that perhaps we may gain some insight on where we’ve been and where we’re going as an industry.
